PM to visit China earlier this year

Kratie: The Prime Minister of Cambodia Hun Sen said he plans to visit China in the near future and many new projects between the Chinese and Cambodian governments have been approved.

"At that time, it was clear that there would be many new projects during the visit including the expressway from Phnom Penh to the Vietnamese border," he said.

Hun Sen said this during the opening of the construction site of the bridge connecting the Mekong River from Chit Borey district to Prek Prosop district in Kratie province on the morning of January 2, 2023.
